Internet Connection Requirements
Anyone with connection rates lower than 33.6 Kbps should opt for physical delivery of our software. Because our files range from 2 to 10MB in size, any connection slower than 33.6 Kbps is just too slow to efficiently download our installer files. If your Internet connection is unstable or gets disconnected frequently, you should also choose the physical delivery method. Should your connection fail in the middle of the download process, you will need to contact technical support to get a new copy of the installer file.
