Plug-ins Do Not Show Up In Filter Menu

ISSUE

After installing the plug-ins and starting the graphics host program, my plug-in does not appear in the Filter or plug-in menu.

SOLUTION

Install the filters again, making sure to choose the proper host application.  If you choose to install to a specific location, make sure it matches the location set in your host program's "Additional Plug-In Folder" setting.  In Photoshop you can find this setting by selecting Edit > Preferences > Plug-Ins and Scratch Disks from the menu bar.  Also remember that after installing new filters you must restart your graphics host for the plug-ins to become available.
