Plug-Ins Don't Show Up in Filter Menu in International Versions of Photoshop CS/CS2 (Macintosh Only)

ISSUE

After installing Alien Skin plug-ins into the Macintosh version of an international (non-English) version of Adobe Photoshop CS/CS2, and restarting Photoshop CS/CS2, the filters aren't available in the filter menu.

SOLUTION

When the Alien Skin product installer prompts you to select a destination host from the list, click on the button labeled, "Choose Another Install Location." Then navigate your way to your language version's Photoshop CS/CS2 plug-ins folder and click on it once to select it. Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard and then click on the button labeled, "Choose" and then finish the installation process. Restart Photoshop CS/CS2 and you should now see your Alien Skin plug-in in the Filter menu.
