We provide a variety of shipping options to virtually any location in the world.  There are a few important details to remember when ordering a product from Alien Skin, however:

• We CANNOT ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes.
• We do NOT offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery service.
• The cut off time for same-day shipping is 2:30 PM Eastern Time.
• If the customer enters the wrong delivery address (i.e. incorrect Zip Code) during the ordering process, Alien Skin Software is NOT responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Ground
• Second Day Air
• Overnight (Orders received after 2:30 PM Eastern do not ship until the following business day)

International shipping is provided by DHL.  International shipping generally takes five days or less to most destinations.
