ISSUE
The plug-in installer program won't accept my 12-letter registration code, or I can't find my code.
SOLUTION
The Product Registration Code is a 12-letter code located either in your manual, on the CD jewel case or, if you purchased the software for download, on the download page and in an email invoice. If you've registered the software with us (by purchasing directly from us, registering online or sending in a registration card), we'll have the code in our database. If you didn't register with us, contact us at support@alienskin.com to receive a new registration code. Please be prepared to provide some sort of proof of purchase.
If you have the code, make sure that you are entering the 12-letter code and other registration fields correctly. The Name field must contain at least three characters. Make sure that you are using a code that really is for the product that you are installing as product registration codes are not interchangeable. For example, your Eye Candy 5 Impact code will not work with Snap Art. You will need to use the code that you received when you purchased the software.
Lastly, if you've entered everything correctly and the button will not highlight so you can proceed with the installation, press the Return or Enter key a couple of times.
