Current Issues

We recommend that users of Blow Up 2, Bokeh, Eye Candy 6, and Snap Art 2 download and install the latest installer in order to resolve several problems related to product activations. Please download using the links in the following section, Licensing Updates.

Licensing Updates

These installers correct problems with a component used in product activation.  They will resolve conflicts with plug-ins by Nik Software and OnOne software.

Leopard/Snow Leopard Updates

If you have upgraded to Leopard or Snow Leopard and are getting a crash, installing the following updates will address the problem.  Please see this article for more information: Intel Based Macintosh Support
