ISSUE

After the Alien Skin plug-ins are installed, they do not show up in the Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 Effects menu.  

SOLUTION

• Ensure that you have restarted Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 since you installed the Alien Skin product.
• Access the File menu in Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 and choose Preferences > File Locations.
• From the File Types menu choose Plug-ins.
• Ensure that the Enable Plugins box is checked.
• If you do not see the Plug-In folder: C:Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2\Plugins in the box which lists your Plug-In folder locations, then please add it by using the Add button.
• Click OK to save the changes in the File Locations Preferences  box.
• Restart Corel Paint Shop Pro X2.

The Alien Skin plug-in should now appear in the Effects > Plugins menu.
