Photoshop Elements Organizer is a free Mac and Windows desktop app from Adobe that allows you manage photos on your computer. Lo-Fi can be used with Photoshop Elements Organizer as an external editor. Here are the instructions on how to do this.
1. After starting the Organizer, choose the menu option:
Windows: Edit > Preferences > Editing...
Mac: Adobe Elements 9 Organizer > Preferences > Editing...
This is what it looks like on the Mac:

2. Enable the Use a Supplementary Editing Application option and click on Browse.

3. Find the Lo-Fi application. These screenshots show where to find them for Mac and Windows. When you are done, press OK to close the Preferences dialog.

Now you are ready to run Lo-Fi.
1. First, select the photos you would like to apply Lo-Fi effects to. You can use Cmd-Click (Ctrl-click on Windows) to select multiple photos.
2. Then choose the menu option: Edit > Edit with Lo-Fi.

3. After editing your photos, you can same them to disk or upload to Facebook and Flickr. If you are saving to disk, choose the Photoshop Elements preset option and click Save.

Note: Photoshop Elements Organizer does not automatically refresh the thumbnail previews when an external editor is used. So when you return to the organizer, you should right-click on the selected photo and choose Update Thumbnail.
