How to get help

Here are the best ways to get help.

  1. Tutorials - We have great videos that show how to use our products.
  2. Articles - A quick search of our articles can answer almost any question.
  3. Submit Request - We will respond soon during 9am-4pm EST on weekdays. Our support ticket system will get you help faster than calling or e-mailing.
  4. License Recovery Tool -  You can have all of your license codes sent to you via email. 

 IMPORTANT: Please provide all requested information on the support ticket including system and product information, and your license code(s) if applicable. For a faster resolution,  please also provide a valid phone number. Often a quick phone call will resolve many issues. 

After you fill out your first support request, check your e-mail and spam filter for a confirmation e-mail. Please click the confirmation link in that e-mail so we can talk to you. Thanks!!
