If you wish to run an action that applies one of our plug-ins but not have the plug-in dialog show up, make sure you turn off the dialog button in Photoshop:

 

In the picture I have it on, but you want to turn it OFF...

NOTE, When recording Blow Up as an action, make sure you run it from menu as File->Automate->Alien Skin Blow Up 3 otherwise the filter dialog will always appear.
