Here are the best ways to get help.
- Tutorials - We have great videos that show how to use our products.
- Articles - A quick search of our articles can answer almost any question.
- Submit Request - We will respond soon during 9am-4pm EST on weekdays. Our support ticket system will get you help faster than calling or e-mailing.
- License Recovery Tool - You can have all of your license codes sent to you via email.
IMPORTANT: Please provide all requested information on the support ticket including system and product information, and your license code(s) if applicable. For a faster resolution, please also provide a valid phone number. Often a quick phone call will resolve many issues.
