All of our products have now been switched to our own activation system to alleviate the many problems customers were experiencing with the former system. If you have not already done so, please download the updated version of your plug-in and reinstall. If you do not see your plug-in, please check our old installers article to download them. You will first need to remove the old version by uninstalling it. Mac users should locate and drag the existing program files and folders to the trash and empty the trash. Windows users should use "Uninstall a Program" from the Control Panel to uninstall any previous versions. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
