We carefully test our products with the configurations listed in our system requirements. If your computer meets those requirements then you can be confident that the product will work and that we will hunt down any bugs that pop up.
Often our products will work with older operating systems or image editors. If you want to find out, simply give it a try. All our products can be run in trial mode.
Even if your system is not supported, you can get a refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you use an unsupported system, then use the software a bunch during the first 30 days!
If you use one of our products on an unsupported system then you can still get some tech support. We are happy to help you with most issues, but if the problem is related to an unsupported host application or computer configuration, we may not be able to provide you with a resolution.
